Rep. Howard Expands Breastfeeding Access at the Capitol
During the floor debate on the House Rules, Rep. Howard successfully offered an amendment to expand breastfeeding access at the Capitol. Her amendment calls for a secure and private space for breastfeeding near the House Chamber, which will be available to House Members, House staff, and properly-credentialed media. It's an important step toward expanding access for the greater public at the Capitol.
